How the Raffle Works
- From now until November 21st, 2025, at midnight CET, you can enter the raffle completely for free! Just sign up for our Pantastic Week rafflee, no purchase required.
- After November 22nd, during Pantastic Week, the raffle will still be open. To get more tickets at that time, you’ll need to enroll in a course or join the Academy.
Tickets are cumulative, meaning the more actions you take (like entering for free now or making a purchase later), the more entries you’ll collect, increasing your chances to win.
All entries, whether free or paid, have the same value!
Note : To stay eligible for the raffle, make sure you remain subscribed to our email list until the draw. That’s how we’ll confirm participation and contact the winners.
You can boost your chances of winning in two ways:
- When you enter the raffle by providing your email address, you’ll receive a referral link. The more you share this link, and the more friends you get to join the raffle through it, the more entries you’ll earn. So spread the word to increase your chances of winning!
⚠️ Important: avoid using fraudulent methods. More details on this in the next question.
- Every course you purchase during Black Friday earns you additional entries.
Example: If you sign up for the raffle now, you’ll get one free entry. If a friend joins through your referral link, you’ll earn another entry. If you enroll in the Academy for a full year during Pantastic Week, that’s an additional 12 entries. In total, these actions would give you 14 entries.
No, it is NOT allowed for the same person or members of the same household to enter multiple times using different email addresses.
Using several email addresses by the same person or household will be flagged as fraud by our automatic verification system. If any suspicious activity is detected, all related email addresses will be blacklisted (blocked), and all entries associated with those emails will be removed from the raffle.
Once an entry is marked as fraudulent, it is out of our control—so please play fair! 😇
The prize draw will take place on December 2rd, 2025, live on our social media channels. (Details about the draw will be sent to all participants by email.)
The number of entries you’ve earned, either by signing up or purchasing courses, will determine how many times your name appears in the draw. For each prize, a random number will be generated using random.org. If the number matches one of your ticket numbers, congratulations—you’ve won!
The process will be repeated for each prize.
We will announce the winners in three ways:
- Live on our social media accounts on December 3rd, 2024.
- By email: a full list of winners will be sent to all participants.
- Personal email: each winner will also receive a personal email with details on how to claim their prize.
If you miss the live event on December 2rd, don’t worry! A full list of winners will be emailed to all participants.
Additionally, if you’ve won, you’ll receive a personal email with specific details on how to claim your prize.
Winners will have 30 days from the notification date to claim their prize.
Shipping costs are fully covered by MasterTheHandpan, worldwide, so you won’t pay anything for delivery. However, customs fees may apply depending on the shipping origin and your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient (the winner).
Customs fees vary by country and the value of the instrument. Don’t worry, the makers will provide all the necessary information.
Note: Some countries may be subject to restrictions or embargoes. We will do our best to send your instrument wherever you live, but if that’s not possible, we’ll offer access to several courses of equal value to your prize.
No, each handpan or tongue drum is assigned to a specific winner and ticket number. This means you won’t be able to choose the model you win.
