- The Academy Membership: A subscription-based model providing all-inclusive access to our courses, along with additional resources such as upcoming content, community features, workshops, live events, and challenges.
- Workshops and Live Events: Interactive sessions focusing on specific aspects of the handpan, offered live and on-demand.

- Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, and a secure password.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Non-Transferability: Your account is personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other person or entity.
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe). We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

- One-Time Course Purchases: Individual courses grant lifetime access to the purchased content, unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

User Conduct and Community Participation

- Community Guidelines: Users are expected to interact respectfully and constructively.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to post or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
- Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend users who violate these rules.
