Welcome to MasterTheHandpan, an online educational platform focused on teaching the art of playing the handpan. These Terms of Use are intended to explain our obligations as a service provider and your obligations as a customer. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the services offered by MasterTheHandpan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

MasterTheHandpan offers a variety of services:
- Online Courses: Diverse courses targeting different skill levels and techniques.
- The Academy Membership: A subscription-based model providing all-inclusive access to our courses, along with additional resources such as upcoming content, community features, workshops, live events, and challenges.
- Workshops and Live Events: Interactive sessions focusing on specific aspects of the handpan, offered live and on-demand.

Registration and Account Security

- Account Creation: To use MasterTheHandpan, you must create an account by providing your full name, a valid email address, and a strong password.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
- Financial Information: Financial transactions for purchases and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card information.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

- One-Time Course Purchases: These provide lifetime access to the specific course purchased. Each course is purchased separately.
- Membership Subscriptions: These can be monthly or annual, providing extensive access to our full suite of services. Membership is auto-renewed unless cancelled.
- Cancellation Policy: Memberships can be cancelled at any time; however, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: A 14-day, full refund policy is in place from the purchase date. Refunds are processed without question but we appreciate feedback for improvement.

User Conduct and Community Participation

- Community Engagement: We encourage positive and constructive interaction within our community.
- Prohibited Conduct: Users are prohibited from posting harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or racially, sexually, or religiously offensive material.
- Content Moderation: We reserve the right to monitor and remove any content that violates our community standards.

Intellectual Property Rights

- Ownership: All content on MasterTheHandpan, including course materials, videos, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is owned by MasterTheHandpan.

MASTER THE HANDPAN is concerned about the protection of personal data and the privacy of users accessing the Site.

  • Send you blog articles
  • Send you promotional offers on MASTER THE HANDPAN lesson packs

We only keep your data for as long as necessary to enable us to fulfill the purposes mentioned above or to enable us to meet our legal obligations.

The personal information is strictly for MASTER THE HANDPAN and only the administrators of the Site are then able to access, manage and process the information.

What is a cookie ?
