The prize draw will take place on December 2nd, 2025, live on our social media channels. (Details about the draw will be sent to all participants by email.)

The number of entries you’ve earned, either by signing up or purchasing courses, will determine how many times your name appears in the draw. For each prize, a random number will be generated using random.org. If the number matches one of your ticket numbers, congratulations—you’ve won!

The process will be repeated for each prize.

We will announce the winners in three ways:

1. Live on our social media accounts on December 2nd, 2025.
2. By email—a full list of winners will be sent to all participants.
3. Personal email—each winner will receive an email with details on how to claim their prize.

Shipping costs are fully covered by MasterTheHandpan, worldwide, so you won’t pay anything for delivery. However, customs fees may apply depending on the shipping origin and your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient (the winner).

Customs fees vary by country and the value of the instrument. Don’t worry, the makers will provide all the necessary information.

Note: Some countries may be subject to restrictions or embargoes. We will do our best to send your instrument wherever you live, but if that’s not possible, we’ll offer access to several courses of equal value to your prize.
